Production
Our raw Bauxite is supplied by certified Mines in Xiaoyi, Shanxi province. From there, cargo is delivered to our FX Minerals Plant located in Yangquangqu, Xiaoyi City. Here bauxite is calcinated in our rotary kiln. It is the largest rotary kiln in China with a diameter of 3,3 to 4 Meters and a length of 69 meters. Yearly capacity is approximated 200.000 tons per annum.
Also, FX Minerals Group owns the only tunnel kiln in China with a diameter of 2,2 meters and a length of 120 meters for calcination of Alpha Star. It is located in Wutongzhong, Xiaoyi, Shanxi. Its yearly capacity is approximated 150.000 tons per annum.
Calcined material is brought into new built crushing Tianjin Processing Plant were material is crushed into needed grains. This plant, built in 2013 with modern western based standards, uses technical best crushing and sieving machines. Yearly capacity is approximated 150.000 tons per annum.
